一人で4LDK8部屋一軒家に住んでいます。ルームメイトを募集します。家は古いですが、中は広々です。高松市ど真ん中で、皆さん自転車で市内に通勤してます。電車琴電長尾線花園徒歩15分、バス川島線松縄道徒歩2分。
ダイレックスまで徒歩3分、コンビニまで徒歩3分、スーパーまで徒歩15分。業務スーパーまで徒歩2分。かなり便利な立地です。
部屋はリノベ済みで新品です。エアコンつき、ストーブあり、新品ふとんあり、パソコンも付与します。かばん一つで入居できます。
とりあえず現在準備できているのは二階の6畳の洋室。キッチントイレお風呂は共用となります。月額2万円、敷金4万円。
駐車場近隣別途6000円です。金銭はあくまで一般論であり、条件次第では、減額、無料となります。まずはご相談ください。
長年シェアハウスしてますが、暴力窃盗破壊行為はお断りします。家事、炊事する方は優先します。

Kotoden Nagao line Hanazono station, 2minutes walk to Kawashima Line Matsuwadou bus stop.
3minutes walk to Dairex, 3minutes walk to convenience store, 15minutes walk to supermarket. business supermarket 2minutes walk.
it is very convenient location. the room is new and renovated. have airconditioner, stove, bedding, and your only laptop.
You can move just with a bag. Currently available is a 11㎡ room on the second floor. kitchen, toilet, and bath are shared.
monthly rent price is 20000yen, deposit 40000yen. Nearby parking is 6000yen.
